Looking into the past, in May 2006 The Vardis Family sold the Georges Double Bay restaurant. This restaurant was elegant and exuded a comfort and ambience that is uncommon in today's restaurant world. Georges was a dining institution in the suburb of Double Bay and many loyal customers and the Vardis Family will miss this restaurant immensely.

Currently all the Georges restaurants are located within the CBD of Sydney, Georges Mediterranean Bar & Grill, King Street Wharf and Georges in the Piccadilly Centre. The Vardis family continues to dedicate themselves to offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Sydney.
